 Returns / Exchanges· All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Pneumocyte LLC. Please E-mail us within 5 - Days of item receipt for a return approval. All returned items must be back at our warehouse within 14 - Business days of the customer receiving the order.  Return Shipping - · In order to keep our items at a low price, we do not offer prepaid return labels and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. In some situations the return shipping cost may be reimbursed. This will be determined on a case by case basis.   · Be sure to provide the tracking number as soon as you ship your return. We will not be responsible if your package is lost in transit back to us. · Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.· If you are approved, then your refund will be processed on the credit card provide for the order. This process can take 5-7 days. · To ensure that your return is valid and eligible for a store credit refund: Always process a return in accordance with our Return procedure. 

  Placing an order-Once you have added the item/s to your basket, click on the shopping cart link at the top right hand corner of the page to proceed to checkout. Here you can remove an item from your basket by selecting the checkbox and clicking on the "Delete" link, or you can change the quantity for an item at by entering a desired value and clicking on the "Update Totals" link.
